Course Requirements

Learners must meet the official entry requirements for age, education, communication ability, and suitability for equality, diversity, inclusion, training, HR, teaching, or community-related roles.

  • Learners must be at least 16 years old and hold a minimum high school diploma or international equivalent

  • Learners must communicate effectively in spoken and written English; relevant experience in HR, teaching, training, equality, diversity, inclusion, or community engagement is beneficial but not essential

Assessments
