Responsible persons who wish to carry out their own fire risk assessment, or are appointed to assist with this duty.
It is particularly useful for business owners, managers and supervisors, but will benefit anyone contributing to the fire risk assessment process.
How long will it take?
Delivery would typically be through three day training course (24 hours).
Learners will develop their knowledge and skills in fire safety, including:
- How fires are caused,
- The risks associated with fire,
- Principles of fire safety management at work,
- Understanding the role of a fire warden and more.
The Level 3 Award in Fire Safety Risk Assessment and Control is valid for a period of three years.
This qualification is assessed by Multi Choice Questions (MCQ) and assignment based on the candidate’s own work environment.
