Admission to the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law is governed by official entry requirements set by OTHM. All applicants must be at least 21 years of age at the start of the programme.
An honours degree in a related subject or a relevant UK Level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification
Mature learners with appropriate relevant experience (applicants must confirm eligibility with the delivery centre prior to registration)
Learners whose first language is not English and who are not from a majority English-speaking country must provide evidence of English language competency in line with OTHM's English Language Expectations
Assessments
All units within the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law are internally assessed by the approved centre and externally verified by OTHM. The qualification is criterion-referenced, based on the achievement of all specified learning outcomes. Assessment judgements are made by the centre assessor, who must provide an audit trail evidencing how each learner's overall achievement has been determined.
