Course Requirements
Entry onto the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management is governed by official OTHM entry criteria. Applicants must satisfy the following conditions prior to registration and must confirm eligibility with the approved delivery centre before enrolling.
An honours degree in a related subject, a UK Level 6 diploma, or an equivalent overseas qualification
Mature learners (over 21) with relevant management experience may be considered subject to confirmation with the delivery centre prior to registration
Learners must be 21 years of age or older at the commencement of the course
Learners who are not from a majority English-speaking country must provide evidence of English language competency in line with OTHM's published English Language Expectations
Assessments
All units within the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management are assessed internally by the approved centre and externally verified by OTHM. The qualification is criterion referenced, meaning that achievement is based on meeting all specified learning outcomes and assessment criteria for each unit. There are no invigilated examinations.
Written assignments submitted for each unit, demonstrating fulfilment of all learning outcomes
Internal assessment by a qualified assessor who provides an audit trail of judgement and constructive feedback
