Course Requirements
Entry onto the OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management requires learners to meet at least one of the following academic or experiential criteria, in addition to the age and English language requirements set by OTHM.
Relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 5 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification as recognised by UK NARIC
Mature learners (over 21) with significant management experience in the health and social care sector (learners must verify eligibility with the delivery centre prior to registration)
Learners must be 18 years of age or older at the commencement of the course
Learners from non-majority English-speaking countries must provide evidence of English language competency as per OTHM's English Language Expectations
Assessments
All units within this qualification are internally assessed by the approved centre and externally verified by OTHM. The qualifications are criterion referenced, based on the achievement of all specified learning outcomes. There are no invigilated examinations; assessment is entirely assignment-based.
