Course Requirements
To be eligible for entry onto the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Business and Organisational Psychology, learners must meet the following entry requirements as specified in the official OTHM 2025 specification:
An honours degree in a related subject, a UK Level 6 diploma, or an equivalent overseas qualification
Mature learners with relevant management experience may also be considered (learners must verify this with their delivery centre prior to registration)
Learners must be 21 years of age or older at the commencement of the course
Learners from non-majority English-speaking countries must provide evidence of English language competency in accordance with OTHM's English Language Expectations
Alternative professional qualifications with a minimum of three years' relevant work experience in a public service or related field may also be considered
Assessments
All units in this qualification are internally assessed by the approved centre and externally verified by OTHM. The qualification is criterion-referenced, and learners must demonstrate achievement of all specified learning outcomes and assessment criteria to achieve a pass. There are no formal examinations; all assessment is through coursework submitted via the centre.

Progression
