Course Requirements
For entry onto the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management, learners must meet the academic and age requirements set by OTHM. Applicants with substantial relevant professional experience may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
A minimum of a Level 6 qualification, such as the OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or an equivalent Level 6 qualification; or an honours degree (2.2) with relevant knowledge and experience in the occupational health and safety sector
Learners must be 21 years of age or older at the beginning of the course; learners who are not from a majority English-speaking country must provide evidence of English language competency as specified by OTHM
Assessments
All units within the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management are internally assessed by the approved centre and externally verified by OTHM. The qualification is criterion-referenced, based on the achievement of all specified learning outcomes, with no written examinations required.
